Christmas Eve Jamarooooooo!

Easy folks: If you are in the Nottingham area and are getting annoyed with the snow, we have a solution!!!! Christmas Eve between 2pm - 4pm the kind folk at Nottingham City Council have allowed us to skate at one of our school venues, Clifton Leisure Centre!

So if you want to get your skate on indoors then get down, and get festive!

UKSA British Champs

Some bloomin Nise recognition:

Over the past year nise skateboards has been working along NCC, in helping to promote the brilliance of whizz planking throughout Nottinghamshire. It has gone down well, with 2 schools already running and various other events planned thoughout the year.

The nise news is that we have been nominated for this years national sports awards for our services to sports within the community, so hopefully we may win a shiny trophy......nise; and continue to show skateboarding for the positive that it is.

Chesterfield 2010..................................well done boy's1

Would like to thank all that made Chesterfield today possible! A special congrats to the team for winning the comp; Dan Beall for placing first overall, Will Golding for placing third, and Richie Mann for putting down possibly the knarliest backside flip Chesterfield will ever see winning him the best trick comp! Clifton Park Life Event August 17th

Nise have been asked to take part in Nottingham City Council's Park Life Sports Event this August. It is happening on the Clifton Playing Fields on August 17th between 11 - pm. Nise will be holding a school throughout the day along with a team demo and appearances from Richie Mann, Dan Beall, Craig Smedley and a few special guests to boot.

This event is free so if you are about get involved!

Thanks to ongoing support from Nottingham City Council, we have been asked to roll out our skateboard school accross the whole city, starting with our second school in Clifton this coming September. Craig Smedley - Now Rolling With Nise

Good news fans, our ever present Craig Smedley shadow has now been cemented with the release of his first pro wheel for nise urethane. Seriously these things are good (hence Craig putting his name to them) and after skating a set God would struggle to beat them in an arm wrestle. Well done Craig and welcome to the team!

A Nise thank you to Sheffield Heads!

Well done Craig!

A Nise First Session

Nise would like to thank all that attended our first ever skate tutorial over the weekend, both the young uns for wanting to learn and the old uns for showing what can be achieved.


Sessions will carry on throughout the year and will be split into 2 groups, the School and the Session.
One side of the gigantic hall will be dedicated to nise tutoring whilst the other football pitch sized space will be for more general weather dodging.
All sessions are charged at £3 and an array of obstacles is on offer - hopefully over the coming months we should see development to rival The Berrics!

The Nise Skateboard School

The Nise Skateboard School is now open and will start on Saturday 13th February @ The Southglade Leisure Centre.

Nise would like to welcome our newest stockist - Popcorn Skates. This shop is up north and is where our Northern Ripper Richie Mann spends most of his time.
